Ari has over 15 years of experience spanning investment banking, insurance, entrepreneurship, and law. Prior to joining TAG Financial as a Managing Director, he co-founded Lily Fertility, a fertility insurance provider launched in 2023. Prior to co-founding Lily Fertility, Ari was a Managing Director at TD Securities and held senior investment banking roles at Jefferies and Citigroup, all of which in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) focused on the insurance industry. Prior to joining Citigroup, Ari was a Vice President at Société Générale where he structured regulatory capital-efficient investment products for insurance companies.

Ari's key areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory and planning, debt and equity capital raising, and U.S. GAAP and statutory accounting. He has also worked as a consultant for various companies in the insurance industry and he began his career as an associate attorney at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft.

Ari holds a BA in Statistics from Columbia University, a JD from Georgetown University Law Center, and an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business. Ari holds insurance producer licenses in multiple states and is a member of the New York State Bar.
