Gig serves as Senior Advisor with TAG Financial Institutions Group. He began his career as an investment banker in 2000. From 2000-2016 he catered almost exclusively to middle market insurance carriers and insurance services companies, including insurance brokers, managing general agencies and third-party administrators. In 2016, he left Raymond James where he was serving as a managing director in the Financial Institutions Group to join one of his clients as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. In 2020, he oversaw the sale of this company to private equity. Gig received his B.A. from the University of the South and his MBA from the University of South Carolina. |
