Katherine joined TAG Financial Institutions Group as an Associate in 2014. Throughout her tenure with TAG, she has assisted in closing dozens of transactions and supported the growth of the firm to include its current buyside consulting services. In her current role, Katherine oversees the execution team in addition to leading and managing various M&A and capital raise opportunities. She also works directly with the founding Partners to set and maintain strategic direction of the firm. Katherine’s career has been focused on insurance distribution and insurance services with additional experience in business services, most prominently in the professional employer organization sector. 
 
Katherine graduated with a Dean’s Letter of Commendation from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a double concentration in Finance and Marketing.
 
Katherine has pursued further education through Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business Executive Program in Women’s Leadership.

Katherine holds her Series 79 and is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker in the states of New York and New Jersey.
