Airsure is a Colorado based insurance agency and market leader specializing in property and casualty insurance and risk management services for aviators and aviation businesses.Assured Partners Inc., a portfolio company of Chicago-based private equity firm GTCR, acquires and invests in insurance brokerage businesses (property and casualty, employee benefits, surety, MGA/wholesalers) across the United States and in London.TAG Financial initiated the transaction, sourced Airsure, and represented Assured Partners.
