TAG Financial Institutions Group, LLC (“TAG”) is pleased to announce that Steven H. Nigro, Managing Partner, has joined the Accounting Practices Committee of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (“NAPEO”). Steven, formerly a CPA and twice in his career served as a Chief Financial Officer, will contribute best practices and PEO industry financial guidelines.
TAG has traditionally focused on the mergers and acquisitions as well as capital raising for the insurance industry but entered the PEO industry in 2017, having recognized the transferability of its insurance expertise to the PEO sector. TAG has completed over 12 acquisitions and advisory assignments since then. “TAG is dedicated to the PEO industry and I look forward to further committing myself personally and professionally to the industry.
