Summary

With valuations at continuously record highs, accommodative credit markets, and record amounts of dry powder in PE funds, our panel of PE investors and investment bankers will share their thoughts on the short and long-term outlook for multiples in M&A transactions. The buyers will share their thoughts on if multiple levels are inevitably depressing future returns, and how they're taking action with recent acquisitions to counter these forces. The sellers will try to predict how long this current trend can and will last. Investors will also discuss how they separate themselves from the crowd and close on a "fair" price. Comments and questions throughout the panel are encouraged.
