We are very pleased to announce the promotion of Katherine Derrenberger to Vice President. Kat has served as Senior Associate for the last two years and has been with TAG Financial for five years. As Vice President Kat will be responsible for the oversight of our execution team and take a more active role in business and client development.
Kat has been working with the owners and senior management of our clients guiding them through the execution, due diligence and closing of over 40 merger, acquisition and capital raising transactions.
